Hola,

On the 23rd of January we played yet another gig at TVO Turku. This gig was organized by Napalmi Productions and we shared the stage with Hybrid Children and Hellcity Punks. I don’t know if it was our improved set or the just released Hybrid Children’s new album, but there were a good number of people present.

Hey there,

If you like our voices, but can’t stand the faces, turn your radio on on Saturday at 12:30 or on Sunday at 10:30. Tune in to Radio Sata (Turku 105,5 MHz, Salo 105,2 MHz) to hear my and Johannes’s smooth velvety voices.

A (hostile?) media takeover

You might’ve seen some familiar faces in today’s edition of TS Treffi. Or on Turkulainen. Or maybe Aamuset? We conquered all the local newspapers with our ugly faces and humble opinions. As if this wasn’t enough tomorrow (Thursday the 12th, that is) we will be on Radio Tutka on around 16:30. Tune in to hear Jouni revealing secrets about his relationship with Dingo.

Feel yourself welcome to Klubi tomorrow. To be there, or not to be there, your call. But take into account, that your presence would make us happy. The show starts roughly at 21:00, and we are the second band to perform (around 22:00).

The news are still not over. The schedules for Vfest are published (available in here), and we are the first band to perform. We’ll start at 19:30, so all you early birds will catch the worms.

Hey there,

I have some good news. We will play at Klubi with Raaka-Aine and Five Minutes For Myself on the 12th of February. Definitely worth checking out. FMFM is responsible for one of the best hangover songs, Shaking Shaking Shaking. Come to Klubi, but beware of the mighty hangover!

I don’t know if this is worth mentioning, but on the 14th of February we will play in Vfest at Radio Sata-Areena, Turku Fair and Congress Center with such minor bands as Apulanta and Disco Ensemble, just to name a few! How cool is that?!? Us on the same stage with the boys (or men) of Apulanta and Disco Ensemble. Yeah, my thoughts exactly. We’re gonna look soooo fat.

We were chosen to play through a competition. Read the thoughts of the jury from the site of Radio Sata. More information to come, stay tuned!

The other acts were Rendez-Vous and Kansantauti. Location, location, location

As you probably noticed, we have two new shows coming up, both in Turku. We’ll kick our sales department to book more gigs, and hopefully this will result in a worldwide tour. Well, maybe the southern Finland first. During the fall we pushed a song through a popfilter (oh, how witty) and recorded it. We’ll see what happens with it. Jouni has been mixing for few months now, so I guess he’s soon in the point I-can’t-listen-to-this-for-a-single-minute-anymore, and then we’ll decide what to do with it. Maybe we’ll publish it, maybe not. Stay tuned and come see the shows.

And oh yeah, I almost forgot. Go vote us in Yle Radio X3M’s Osajnat contest, click here. It requires registering, but if you registered during YleX’s demo of the week -voting back in the “early days”, the same account is still valid.
