Backstage
This section is now officially opened, the curtain is pulled back. You are on the backstage. On your left there is a broken mirror, and back there is a toilet that won't flush. The meaning of this section is that we can write here about pretty much anything that comes to our minds. Gigs we've seen, records we've bought, meals we've eaten, you name it. Take a leap, try to land.

Joulun välipäivinä hoidettiin myös demolaulujen nauhoitukset. Kari kävi vetämässä eräänä iltana liidilaulut kertalaakilla sisään. Tarkoituksena oli saada biiseistä fiilistä kokonaisuutena, testata miten Karin päässään työstämät laulujutut toimivat ja tietysti fiilistellä uutta nauhamikkiä soundinsa puolesta. Laulukikoista syntyi kevyttä keskustelua, ehkä jopa hedelmällistä. Toivottavasti saadaan lähitulevaisuudessa loput rummut narulle, jotta päästään laulujen kimppuun, mahdollisesti “Ketarastudioiden” vaatehuoneeseen, tai johonkin muuhun yhtä eksoottiseen paikkaan rääkkäämään Karin äänielimiä.

Tervehdys,
Joulun aikaan studiotyö on lähes mahdotonta paristakin syystä. Ensimmäinen syy on että instrumenttien käsittely kinkunrasvaisilla käsillä enemmän tai vähemmän ähkyssä on äärimmäisen vaativaa. Toinen syy on se että ketään jätkistä ei ole lähimaillakaan kellaria.

Hyvää seuraavaa vuosikymmentä!
Kohta on kulunut jo 4 kuukautta edellisestä nauhoituspäiväkirjan osiosta, homma takkuaa jopa odotettua enemmän. Foreveristä puuttuu edelleen viimeinen silaus, outron orkesterit on vielä viilaamatta. Edellisellä kerralla ongelmia aiheuttanut Logicin metronomi sentään saatiin toimimaan. Käyttäjävirhehän se oli.

Tästä se taas lähtee, studiopäiväkirjaa pitäisi raapustaa. Tai eihän tää mitään pakollista ole, itsehän mä tällasta taas kerran ehdotin. Ja onko studiopäiväkirja edes validi titteli, jos ensimmäisen biisin nauhoitukset tehtiin Jounin makuuhuoneessa? Makuuhuonepäiväkirjasta taas saa ehkä väärän käsityksen. …about the song Forever. This song started just like the rest of our songs. I listened to Poets of the Fall, and tried to make a song that would sound just like them. I hardly ever fail. Some might say that this “behind the scenes” is a bit late, after all, it’s been almost two years since the song was recorded. But I guess now is a good time to finally write this, since an acoustic version is already on the making.

Hi there!
At least a couple of jolly fellows from UK have kindly been interested in our music and played Stay Silent in their podcast shows. This is a small but very important encouragement for us. Seems that we have managed to do a good job with our latest release!
