Siihenhän oli toistaiseksi vain rummut valmiina. Eli kitaroita mentiin sovittelemaan nauhalle. Saa nähdä kauanko äänittäjän kunto kestää näitä yömyöhälle venyviä maratonsessioita. Ensimmäiset burn-outin merkit ovat ilmeisesti jo näkyvissä… Ensimmäisen biisin pohjat valmistuvatSeptember 26th, 2007- Author: kari Moro, Eilen jatkuivat nauhoitukset kitarapohjien osalta. Muutamat puuttuvat raidat saatiin nauhoitettua kohtalaisella vaivalla. Yleensä jos etukäteen kuvittelee jonkun kitaralinjan olevan helppo, se on kaikkea muuta siinä vaiheessa kun punainen rec-valo palaa… mutta tuttua puuhaahan tuo on. Paskafiltteri on asetettu tiukalle, ja seulasta on päästävä läpi. Tähän tarvitaan lisää kitaroitaSeptember 25th, 2007- Author: johannes Terve, Päivän agendana oli jälleen kerran kitaroiden nauhoitusta. Tänään (24.9.2007) hommat sujuivat huomattavasti paremmin kuin eilen: nauhalle saatiin periaatteessa koko biisin pohjat ja vielä muutama soittamisen lomassa keksitty raita kertosäkeeseen. Ja saatiinpa siinä sivussa vielä muutettua c-osan kitaroita hieman. Kansa vaatii vinkuääniä! Tai minä ainakin. Hevivinkaukset kunniaan! So here it goes… Wannabe plumberJuly 11th, 2007- Author: kari Long time no see, A few weeks ago me and Jouni went to our rehearsal space to record some guitars and vocals. We didn’t know that we should’ve taken rubber boots with us; there was a broken water pipe and water was flowing all over the basement. Luckily our booth wasn’t near the broken pipe. We quickly closed a few valves, but none of them seemed to do the trick. Then the janitor showed up, and he clearly didn’t know what was expecting him. After he saw how much water there was on the floor already, he became a really busy man. The janitor went upstairs to find a valve while me and Jouni searched for something we could stuff into the pipe to stop the leakage. Jouni, who clearly has what it takes to be a plumber, found a wooden stick and what do you know, it fit the pipe perfectly. When in crisis, call Jouni! |
